A runaway cow is corralled on I-75 just before rush hour
Why did the cow cross the road? Maybe to get a predawn colada?
A Hialeah version of the old setup line about the adventurous chicken seemed appropriate Thursday morning when a young bovine of similar mind trekked across Interstate 75 near Northwest 138th Street, shutting down part of a ramp. A call brought Hialeah police and the Florida Highway Patrol out to deal with the cow.
A report by NBC6 says the cow, which was aggressive toward cars on the road, was corralled by law enforcement with assistance from the ASPCA before the morning rush hour.
