One man shot and a septuagenarian arrested in attempted murder case in Hialeah
A 73-year-old man has been arrested on charges of attempted murder in Hialeah, according to police.
Hialeah cops say they arrested Nicolas Fuentes Pacios after the Thursday shooting.
Police were on their way to a home near West 52nd Street and West 22nd Court when they found a man bleeding from a gunshot wound to his torso.
He was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Miami-Dade online court records say a 73-year-old Nicolas Fuentes has several convictions on burglary, grand theft, grand theft auto, dealing in stolen property and petit larceny charges stretching from the 1980s to a 2010 conviction for car burglary and criminal mischief.
