A domestic violence suspect jumped out a window of a moving, marked police cruiser Sunday, Hialeah police said.

Despite Samuel O. Jackson’s bid for unauthorized freedom at West 21st Street and Fourth Avenue, police said successful execution of a perimeter had Jackson back in custody and booked into Miami-Dade County jail around 1:30 a.m. Monday.

The escape charge isn’t the first that calls into question the 29-year-old Jackson’s respect for boundaries. He was picked up on a violation of a protective injunction charge related to domestic violence. He’s also facing a domestic violence charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Online jail records say warrants had been issued for Jackson on charges of reckless driving with damage to property or person and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

To the above charges, add resisting arrest without violence.
