Birthday surprise: Miami woman wins $500,000 in scratch-off game
Two days after celebrating her 23rd birthday, a Miami woman claimed a top prize of $500,000 from a Florida Lottery scratch-off game.
Yuleisy Ramos bought the winning Gold Rush ticket at a Publix in east Hialeah. She claimed the prize in Tallahassee on Friday.
Nineteen top prizes remain in the game.
