Traffic blocked on I-395 off-ramp to I-95 in Miami due to body found, police say
A body was found on an off-ramp of Interstate 395 to Interstate 95 on Friday afternoon, shutting down rush-hour traffic in the area, Miami police said.
The incident was reported around 4:20 p.m., according to the Florida Department of Transportation. The eastbound off-ramp to I-95 north was blocked by emergency vehicles, FDOT states on its website.
Miami police spokesman Officer Michael Vega said the person died by suicide.
