Here’s how Sunday afternoon/evening Miami Beach and downtown Miami traffic will be affected by the Miami Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk, according to Miami police:

Streets will start to close around 3 p.m. for the event, which starts at 5 p.m. in front of Bayfront Park, at Biscayne Boulevard and Southeast First Street. Biscayne will be closed as far north as the MacArthur Causeway and as far south as Southeast First Street. Two northbound Biscayne Boulevard lanes will remain open as the runners and walkers go from Bayfront Park to the MacArthur’s westbound lanes.

The westbound lanes of the MacArthur will be closed from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The MacArthur eastbound will be open the entire event.

All streets are expected to reopen completely by 11 p.m.
