When the two came into the room, they greeted the undercover officers and began explaining that they needed four bottles of an unspecified liquid and showed the officers what it would do to her buttocks.

After Ramos gave one of the officers support underwear to wear, the pair told the officer they would need to take some Xanax.

As the two set up the room for the operation, police stormed in and arrested Salt and Ramos. A search of the pair’s items revealed Xanax and 800 mg of Ibuprofen.
