Coral Gables

Suddenly, Kanye West is a nature enthusiast and sending messages to Elon Musk. Yes.

Kanye West is still communing with nature.

According to his Twitter account, the rapper, who has been in Miami for various Art Basel events since Thursday, has been really doing the rounds at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.

On Monday, West posted a picture of trees, orchids, even a butterfly.

In one post, he plainly tells people to visit the verdant paradise on Old Cutler Road in Coral Gables.

The following day, he wrote, “Landscaping is a conversation with God.” But no pics, so it’s unclear if he was on site.

On Wednesday, the “Gold Digger” singer was back again, according to a Fairchild spokeswoman. The Chicago native posted a video of Fairchild COO Nannette Zapata, who was discussing the vegetation being grown at the garden that could be possibly eaten in space. He was given a private tour, adds the spokeswoman, who said that Zapata called him “a lovely person.”

“Message to Elon,” wrote West in the caption, apparently referring to SpaceX CEO Elon Musk.

At around noon, he posted a video of someone walking through a wooded area. No caption.

So what gives?

Is West the new spokesman for FTBG? Or does he just need some fresh air to get his creative juices flowing?

Maybe.

Another tweet, on Wednesday afternoon, read: “Calling out to Bob Dylan. Let’s get together.”

He later posted that he was checking out the scenery at the Night Garden and snapped the talking tree, a highlight of the 23-acre display that runs through Jan. 6.

It asks, “What are you famous for?” and West answers, “Um, everything.”

Then the tree asks if he has Yeezy (sneakers) in “size tree.”

West laughs heartily.
