Residents who live at The Club at Brickell Bay have been fighting to reclaim their once peaceful life at one of Miami’s largest condo towers.

Most condos in the building have been converted into Airbnbs by absentee investor owners who rent units to guests on vacation booking websites. Tourists want to party; homeowners want to sleep. All five HOA board officers are hosts in the Airbnb business.
