A woman was shopping at a Northwest Miami-Dade Dollar Tree for some Easter supplies when she felt a tug on her long skirt.
That's when she saw a customer yelling at another man, police said.
The reason: The witness told police that he saw the other guy sticking his cellphone under the woman's skirt and snapping a photo.
Police arrested Damian Macascordova, 31, Wednesday and charged him with video voyeurism. He was being held Thursday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond.

According to Macascordova's arrest report, a customer at the store, 5820 NW 183rd St., asked him what he was doing and he said “Why you Tripping?” before walking away.
“The witness advised he observed the male as he lifted the victim's skirt and slip his hand that was holding a cell phone under it,” an officer wrote in the report.
The witness told police that the flash then went off.
The witness and the woman then followed Macascordova out of the store and both of them got into their own cars and continued to follow him, while staying on the phone with police. Police found Macascordova at a home in the 17000 block of Northwest 52nd Place.
After being read his rights, Macascordova told police he dropped his phone next to the woman and the flash went off, according to the report.
