South Florida's version of winter weather will stick around at least for another day or two.

Tuesday morning — much like Monday morning — is expected to hover around 60 degrees and only climb to the low 70s.

“We have been pretty warm, so even with a slight cool down it will feel pretty cold,” said Steven Ippoliti, a National Weather Service meteorologist.

Monday morning may have felt a little colder because of a stiff breeze. Tuesday may also be breezy, Ippoliti said.

But Tuesday will also likely be wet, with a 50 percent chance of rain.

Lows will continue to be in the low 70s the rest of the week and the high temperature will bounce back to around 80 by Friday.

In North Florida, temperatures plunged into the 30s early Monday, making it colder than some Northeastern U.S. cities.
