Man lying on train tracks struck and killed
A man lying on train tracks in Miami was struck and killed Tuesday night.
The man was killed on Northwest Seventh Avenue and 22nd Street, according to reports.
A Miami fire official told CBS4 that the train conductor sounded the horn and slowed the train, but that he man did not move.
