2 accused of stealing 100 storage containers from pharmacy

A Miami man and woman are accused of stealing 100 storage containers with the CVS Pharmacy logo from behind a store in Islamorada.

A drugstore employee told Monroe County detectives that she saw the two loading the containers into the back of their green Dodge truck with a wooden camper.

Detective Sgt. Mark Coleman spotted the truck at mile marker 87 in the Keys and pulled it over.

Michel Galindo, 20, and Nicole Escorcia, 19, of Miami, were arrested and charged with grand theft and taken to Monroe County Jail.
