Another bad hair day: Surf’s up, and so is the wind

The surfers are out. And so are the hairbrushes.

South Florida will see another windy day on Tuesday. Forecasters expect a 22 mph wind, with gusts as high as 31 mph.

The good news: Highs will top off in the low-80s. And despite gloomy skies, the rain chance is 20 percent. The low on Tuesday night will be 77, according to the National Weather Service.

A rip current advisory along the beaches of Miami-Dade and Broward counties is in effect through Wednesday morning.
