A man was hospitalized after he was injured while skydiving in Homestead Monday morning, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue paramedics told dispatchers.

The department told the Miami Herald that paramedics flew a man with traumatic injuries to Jackson South Medical Center, and that the incident happened around 10:45 p.m. Southwest 287th Street and 219th Avenue.

But, the department would not give details about what happened. Dispatchers told paramedics over the radio, however, that the man landed wrong and possibly broke his leg.
