In 2012, the Miami Marlins opened their new baseball stadium in Little Havana. In 2026, Inter Miami introduced its new stadium near the airport.

Of course, we know all about those teams, as well as the Heat, Panthers and Dolphins.

But do you remember the Miami Sol and Miami Floridians? Or the Miami Toros, Miami Fusion and Fort Lauderdale Strikers? They are among Miami’s pro teams of the past in soccer and basketball.
