Miami-Dade Fire Rescue paramedics flew three people to Jackson South Medical Center who were injure while participating in a motorcycle event at Homestead-Miami Speedway Monday afternoon, Feb. 2, 2026.

Three riders at a motorcycle event at Homestead-Miami Speedway were airlifted to the hospital Monday afternoon, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said.

Paramedics responded to the track twice, taking a total of three people to the trauma center at Jackson South Medical Center, the agency said. One flight transported one patient, and two riders were onboard the Fire Rescue helicopter on a second flight, according to fire-rescue.

The riders were taking part in the Florida Track Days, a gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts in which instructors teach fast driving techniques in a racetrack environment, according to the group’s website.

“At a Florida Track Day event, with our expert instructors and trained safety crew, you will have the opportunity to reach your potential and a higher level of expertise that would not be attainable otherwise. The end result is a faster, more knowledgeable, and better all-around motorcycle rider for the track and the street,” the company says on its website.

The event in Homestead was held Sunday and Monday, according to the website.

Other than Homestead, the organization holds similar events at the Palm Beach International Raceway and the Jennings GP in Jennings, Florida, according to the website.

Representatives for Florida Track Days and the speedway did not immediately respond to the Miami Herald’s requests for comment and to questions about the riders’ conditions.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
