Miami police want public’s help in finding missing woman, last seen downtown
Kristin Balter has been missing since Friday and, Saturday, Miami police reached out to the public for help finding her.
Balter, 51, was last seen in the downtown area, Miami police said, wearing a “long floral dress.” She stands about 5-foot-5, weighs around 130 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
