Missing personal watercraft rider found dead in Miami-Dade, authorities say

A missing man last seen on a jet ski was found dead in Southwest Miami-Dade early Saturday morning, officials say.
At around 7 p.m. on Friday, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission was alerted to a missing boater in Miami-Dade. An unoccupied personal watercraft was later found in a Kendall canal, according to FWC.
FWC officers searched for the man through the night, eventually finding his body in the water.
Authorities have yet to release the man’s identity or further details on the what may have led to his death.
