Two hospitalized in North Miami Beach construction site accident

Two workers were hospitalized after being injured in what police are calling “an industrial accident” at a North Miami Beach construction site Monday morning.
The men were working at the site at 16375 Biscayne Boulevard around 10 a.m. when they were injured. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said there were reports of some sort of “mechanical failure.”
Paramedics took the men to HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. North Miami Beach Police spokeswoman Rebecca Villalonga said one man is in stable condition and the other “sustained life-threatening injuries” and is in critical condition.
