Deputies need help to ID car linked to Miami hit-and-run crash that killed woman
Deputies are asking the public for help in tracking down the SUV that killed a woman Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Miami’s Brownsville neighborhood.
Around 5:30 a.m., Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an emergency call on Northwest 32nd Avenue. A white Cadillac Escalade, deputies say, hit the woman before the driver fled.
The accident unfolded right outside 809 Miami Lounge in northwest Miami-Dade County, according to Local 10 News.
Deputies found a female victim on the scene and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue took her to a nearby hospital, where she died.
MDSO detectives are investigating the hit-and-run crash.
