Presidents Day is one of those “Am I off?” national holidays, and if you’re not sure you’re working, you can be sure the retail world is.
So, Publix, Costco, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and all the malls from Aventura to Brickell City Centre to Florida Keys Outlet Marketplace in Florida City will be open as usual.
Public entities? Maybe or maybe not.
