14 injured in major crash at Golden Glades
A serious crash Monday morning in the Golden Glades Interchange injured several people and made a mess of the morning commute.
The crash occurred around 6 a.m. Monday on the northbound Interstate 95 ramp to U.S. 441. The road was closed due to the crash until around 11 a.m. Monday.
Several people were sprawled on the ground. Fourteen people were being treated, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Four of the more seriously injured were taken to Jackson North while the other 10 were transported to other hospitals.
A passenger van rolled off the road, according to reports. It is not yet clear how the accident occurred.
