Christian Sabin was riding near the intersection of Northeast 84th Street and Second Avenue, on the northern edge of Little Haiti and just south of El Portal, when he was hit around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Police detained a driver, but aren’t sure if that driver is the one responsible for Sabin’s fatal injuries.
