Coast Guard and Miami-Dade rescuers are searching for a missing boater after crash
A boater is missing after being ejected from a vessel during an overnight crash with a sandbar, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said Thursday.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said a search from 2 a.m. to 4:30 a.m Thursday of Haulover in Northeast Miami-Dade proved fruitless. The search resumed after sunrise Thursday with the U.S. Coast Guard, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and other agencies.
