“They went through the wall and onto the sidewalk,” Sanchez said.

The department’s technical rescue team responded to assessed the building. The area where the wall now has a hole has been cordoned off.

Sanchez said one of the woman was taken to Ryder by Miami Fire Rescue and did not appear to have life-threatening injuries. The other woman was transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and the extent of her injuries was not immediately known.

No one else was injured in the accident.

“Luckily no one was on the sidewalk,” Sanchez said.
