Another Miami-Dade drive-thru testing clinic will be opening and offering screenings, antibody testing and telemedicine.

The drive-thru testing site opens on May 6 and will be located outdoors next to the Bal Harbour Shops Parking Garage’s 96th Street entrance. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The site was created by Banyan Medical Systems, a healthcare services delivery company; Pivot Concierge Health, a wellcare clinic; the Bal Harbour Shops and four municipalities.

Testing at the site is only available to residents of the four municipalities — Bal Harbour Village, the Town of Bay Harbor Islands, the Town of Surfside and Indian Creek Village. First responders and any seniors 65 and older will also be allowed to use the site.

In a statement, Bal Harbour Village said the site will offer “drive-thru rapid testing clinic for COVID-19 antibodies, to expand the availability of testing in South Florida, reduce the burden on local area hospitals and staff, and to help keep the community safe and healthy.”

Appointments are required and must be made online at www.covid33154.com. The site can also be called at 786-619-3379 or 1-877-885-8125.

Banyan Medical Systems and Pivot Concierge Health also run a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site at Aventura Mall, which is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Expansion Parking Garage next to the Apple Store. The site is appointment only.
