Police say they have found the 11-year-old who never made it home from Miami school

UPDATED: Miami police said late Wednesday Angelica Hernandez had been located and was being reunited with her family.

A search went on late into the night for a missing 11-year-old girl who never made it home from her Miami charter school Wednesday.

Police said Angelica Hernandez was last seen at 5 p.m. at Mater Academy East, 998 SW First St. By 11:30 p.m. police said the girl had been found and was in “good health.”

No other details about her disappearance were given.
