Tired of the muggy weather? It’s getting cooler this week
If you’ve been waiting for that winter breeze to wear your scarf, Friday may be the day.
A weak cold front is expected to hit Miami-Dade County, but only for a day, according to forecasters at the National Weather Service.
“It’s really hardly a cold front, it’s more like a weak front,” said meteorologist Brad Diehl.
Isolated scattered showers are expected through the week, along with mostly cloudy skies. There’s also a slight chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon.
On Tuesday, lows are expected to be in the low 70s; highs in the high 80s. On Friday, lows are expected to be in the mid-60s, highs in the low to mid-70s.
