Traffic alert: Southbound I-95 shut down in South Broward

A car crash and investigation have made traveling on Interstate 95 miserable for drivers Sunday morning.

Police shut down southbound Interstate 95 at Hallandale Beach Boulevard for several hours. Lanes opened about 10:30 a.m.
