Investigators looking into double shooting in Fort Lauderdale

A double shooting in Fort Lauderdale left two people hospitalized Saturday night.

Broward County Sheriff’s officers were investigating the scene at the parking lot of a Church’s Chicken fast food restaurant.

The two people who were shot at the scene were transported to Broward General Hospital.

Detectives are actively searching for the shooter and investigating what led to the incident.

A silver four-door sedan was also at the scene, and investigators said it was involved in the shooting.
