Broward boy in Amber Alert found
Monday morning’s Amber Alert for Coconut Creek 5-year-old Julian Kiley has been canceled after Julian and mother Tiffany Kiley, who doesn’t have official custody, were found in Leesburg.
According to Coconut Creek police, Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials found Julian in good condition. They took his mother into custody and she will be charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and interference with child custody.
Both charges stem from Kiley taking Julian from the house of Stephanie Kiley, Kiley’s sister. Stephanie told Miami Herald news partner CBS4 that her sister sneaked into the house, got into a physical altercation with Stephanie and took Julian.
They left in a pickup truck driven by Ronald Rouse, an acquaintance of Tiffany’s who was with mother and son when they were found in Central Florida.
