Pedestrian hit by car in Everglades Holiday Park
A man was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night with “life-threatening injuries” after he was hit by a car near the boat ramp at Everglades Holiday Park in western Broward County, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
Late Wednesday, BSO said the accident was being investigated as a possible hit-and-run crash.
The accident happened at about 6:30 p.m. in the park at 21940 Griffin Rd.
The man was airlifted to Memorial Regional Hospital.
No further information was available Wednesday night.
