One hurt in early Ft. Lauderdale shooting

The Broward Sheriff’s Office has set up a perimeter after an early morning shooting injured one person.

It happened just before 6 a.m. at 101 NW 30th Avenue in unincorporated Ft. Lauderdale.

The sheriff’s office said one adult was shot. That person was taken to Broward Health Medical Center, no word on their condition.

Deputies and K-9s are now scouring the area for the shooter
