The Florida Highway Patrol released dash-cam video of a traffic stop over the weekend that led to the arrest of a mother who now faces charges of DUI and child neglect.
Colleen Loughman, 43, can be seen barefoot and stumbling on a yellow line as a trooper stands by watching. The trooper then tells her to face the front of the car.
She then acknowledges the camera.
“Do I wave?" she asked, smiling and waving.

The trooper tried to handcuff Loughman, who starts screaming, “Oh my God! No, no.”
“I’m gonna call CNN,” she screams.
According to Loughman's arrest report, a trooper was heading north on Interstate 95 just north of State Road 84 in Fort Lauderdale about 10:30 p.m. Saturday when he saw a red Kia Sorento stopped on the side of the road.
The trooper pulled over to check on the occupant and found Loughman inside with her 2-year-old son, sleeping in a car seat in the back seat. The car was missing its front tire and there was heavy damage to the right side.
“I noticed as she spoke a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath and intensified in the vehicle,” the trooper wrote.
Loughman was then asked to perform three sobriety tests: Walking a straight line, balancing and following a light with her eyes.
The trooper said he placed her under arrest after “an unsatisfactory performance.”
Loughman's attorney, Lawrence Meltzer, said Wednesday that Loughman is “presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
“We are vigorously going to represent our client as to the charges levied against her,” he said.
