Sprawling Metropica development announces two more planned eateries

A Brazilian steakhouse and American grill are among the latest businesses announced for the sprawling Metropica mixed-use development, set to open in 2017 in Sunrise.

Metropica is being developed on 65 acres in western Broward County. Plans call for more than 4 million square feet of residential, commercial, office and hotel space, with at least 80,000 square feet set aside for restaurants.
