Two dead after car plunges into Lauderhill canal
Two people died Sunday night after a car plunged into a canal, Lauderhill Fire Rescue said.
A dive team pulled three people from the submerged car, said Fire Rescue spokesman Capt. Jerry Gonzalez. They were taken to area hospitals, where two of them died. One of them remains in critical condition, Gonzalez said.
