BSO: Two men arrested in shooting outside club near Fort Lauderdale

The Broward Sheriff's Office on Monday announced the arrest of two men who detectives say were responsible for a shooting outside a nightclub near Fort Lauderdale last week.

The shooting happened at about 4:20 a.m. Nov. 25 outside Club B.A.M., 2829 W. Broward Blvd.

A deputy patrolling near Fort Lauderdale heard shots and quickly headed to the club parking lot. There he found Joshua Rogers, 27, dead.

On Saturday, deputies arrested Awince Lasseur, 27, who was in Plantation. On Sunday, deputies arrested Peudritto Joseph, 32, in Jacksonville.

Both men face a second-degree murder charge.
