Miramar house fire kills six dogs
Six dogs died in a early morning house fire in Miramar.
Miramar fire crews were sent to the home in the 2600 block of Southwest 131st Terrace just after 8 a.m. and found smoke pouring from the windows. Initial reports were that a woman might be inside.
They searched the home and found several dogs, but no woman. The fire was brought under control and eventually extinguished.
A fire investigator has been brought in to determine its cause.
