Coral Ridge Yacht Club fire damages offices
A fire damaged the offices of the Coral Ridge Yacht Club Wednesday morning, authorities said.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue received a call about a fire at 2800 Yacht Club Blvd. around 7:45 a.m.
Firefighters forced the door open and made their way through heavy smoke to locate the fire in a storeroom by the chef’s office, according to fire rescue.
The blaze was quickly put out.
No one was injured, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
