Man in custody after woman found dead in Pembroke Pines

A woman is dead and a man was taken into custody in a death that police in Pembroke Pines are calling a homicide.

According to police, officers were called to a residence along the 2000 block of N. Douglas Road shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday about a report of a shooting.
