Davie couple found dead in their home after apparent murder-suicide, police say
A Davie couple were found fatally shot inside their home on Sunday night after an apparent murder-suicide, according to police.
Around 8:35 p.m., Davie officers responded to 4770 SW 70th Terrace after reports of a shooting. Two people were found inside: Charles Watson, 81, and Kathleen Watson, 77.
Charles Watson was pronounced dead at the scene, while Kathleen Watson was taken to the hospital and later died. Broward County property records show the couple have owned the home since 1987.
