Teen hospitalized after shooting in Margate, police say
A teenager was hospitalized after a shooting Monday night in Margate, according to police.
Police say a 15-year-old boy was shot near the intersection of Rock Island Road and Forest Boulevard and rushed to Broward General Hospital for surgery.
What led to the boy being shot remains under investigation.
