Deputies investigate woman’s body found in Broward Walmart parking lot

Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a Cooper City Walmart parking lot Friday morning.
The woman was found by a light post aound 9 a.m. at the store, located at 4700 South Flamingo Road, according to emergency radio traffic.
The sheriff’s office said that based on its initial investigation, detectives do not suspect foul play.
“The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office,” BSO spokeswoman Gerdy St. Louis said in a statement to the Herald.
