The disappearance of baby Angelina has escalated to a Florida missing child alert after she hasn’t been seen for the last seven months, authorities said. She may be with two young adults who are homeless.
A concerned family member went to the Hollywood Police Department, as they hadn’t seen their niece Angelina for some time.
“The family member claims the infant’s mother made unsettling statements,” Hollywood police said. “Detectives have been working diligently to find the mother and father who are both experiencing homelessness.”
Angelina was 10 days old the last time she was seen on December 16. She may be with her mother, Samantha Feliz, 19, and Alejandro Leon Jr., 20.
Feliz is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Leon is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, also with brown hair and eyes.
The two may be on electric scooters and are known as “The Scooter People,” the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.
If the three are seen, authorities are advising not to approach them and instead to call 911 immediately.
