Quinshon Judkins, a rookie running back for the Cleveland Browns, was arrested Saturday in Fort Lauderdale in connection with a domestic violence incident, records show.

At around 9 a.m., Fort Lauderdale police rushed to a “delayed battery” call in the 1500 block of West Cypress Creek Road, the department said. The incident occurred near Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.

After speaking with the victim, officers determined that a battery occurred — and Judkins, 21, was the culprit, according to police. The identity of the person Judkins allegedly attacked or the cause of the incident was not released as of Sunday.

Judkins was arrested and taken to the Broward County Main Jail, but has since bonded out, records show. Judkins is facing a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Judkins was selected in the second round with the 36th overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns after having played for the Ohio State Buckeyes. In 2022, he was named SEC Freshman of the Year when he was a second-string running back for the University of Mississippi Rebels.
