A three car pile-up on Interstate 95 in Broward hospitalized 10 people, including at least two children, Sunday evening, officials say.

The crash occurred on I-95 North at Sheridan Street at 5 p.m., according to Florida 511. All lanes are closed, causing heavy traffic at the Hollywood Boulevard exit.

Hollywood Fire Rescue responded to the scene and took the 10 injured people to nearby hospitals.

An adult and a child are listed as “trauma alerts,” and two other adults and a child suffered serious injuries, according to fire rescue. The other five people had non-life-threatening injuries.
