Ex-doctor accused of ‘mutilating’ man’s penis

A former Boynton Beach plastic surgeon who lost his license to practice medicine seven years ago remained jailed in Broward County on Tuesday, charged with a botched surgery that left a man with a deformed penis and unable to have sex.

Mark David Schreiber, 60, was arrested at his home in Tamarac on Friday. He is being held without bond on a charge of unlicensed practice of health care, causing serious injury.
