Is it a rocket? Metal object found on Fort Lauderdale Beach resembles Galileo

An object discovered on Fort Lauderdale Beach on Sunday may be a large piece of a rocket.

The metal object seems to resemble the markings of the European Union’s Galileo Satellite.

The fragment, found near 2033 N. Atlantic Blvd., was surrounded by yellow crime scene tape.
