Cooper City baseball coach accused of molesting second boy

A Cooper City baseball coach is accused of molesting a second boy in his home, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. David Solomon, 47, faces two additional charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 12. He remains in jail without bond, records show.

According to a Sheriff’s Office arrest report, Solomon inappropriately touched the 11-year-old boy’s genitals and buttocks on May 2. Solomon was a baseball coach at the Optimist Club of Cooper City. His own son was on the team, the report said.
